October 31 Halloween And Other Useless Info

A Happy Halloween,  to everyone out in Internet land (whatever that even means). I went out for  nice morning walk with my son and brought along my Canon SD750 for added fun (or what my version of fun is..).  Sometimes I think what the hell do I have this blog for anyways?  I mean f*ck, I’m turning 39 years old in like 2 weeks! Do I need to get out of this “phase”? Then I think that I am different than most people. I mean hell, I was a graffiti artist for over 20 years of my life, lol. Is that normal, hmmm?

Maybe it is maybe not. Sometimes I think I try to be too much like “regular people”. But if I wasn’t as wacky and different than I am, then maybe I wouldn’t be who I am today (actually I know that for a fact!).

It’s always better to be yourself than be what society thinks you should be so f*ck it! What is “society”, but  a bunch of “guidelines” to tell you how to act appropriately. I don’t need people telling who I am or how to act. I don’t really think I want to be normal, or what society thinks is normal. I have always gone against the current, and so far it has done me well.

Well, all that came out of no where…

Like to say Happy Birthday to my pop who turns 71 years old today! Wow, makes me realize I’m getting older too!

Ok before I start going off in another direction again, here are today’s photos from my East Van photo walk, lol.

“V”, I remember the original V TV mini series from way back in 1984 and now its back  in a brand new slick 2009 package. I can’t wait to watch it!

Saw this sticker on a sign on Renfrew elementary school on East 22nd Ave. Awesome sticker, haha! Keep it up, champ, more like chump!

Someone put lots of effort into these, 10 carved pumpkins, nice!

This ad was made for me. Yes it is “Vegas time”, in 2 weeks I’ll be there, CANNOT WAIT!

Where’s the owner? That is the first thing that popped in my head,  kinda creepy actually. It was just sitting there on Grandview Highway, near Walmart

he looks pretty crusty over wearing a monkey suite for Halloween.

The dalamatian, minus the spots on her face.

I had to fix a tile border than feel off in the laundry room, not really sure why I snapped photos but I did. Deal with it…

PL 200, is the best construction adhesive to bond anything to anything! LOVE IT, LOVE IT!

PL200 on the back of the tile, this tile border will NEVER come off again trust me.

daughter holding the tile border in place to help is stick to the drywall, good girl.

There you go all done, and stuck in place where it should be.

Enough for now, time to make a few more ad campaigns to “make more monies online”. Tonight off to the parents for my pops birthday and that’s it folks!

PayPal Fraud Security Is So Good You Can’t Even Pay Online Anymore

What the hell is wrong with PayPal. They have fraud prevention that actually stops honest people like me from being able to pay. I have done everything they wanted, I added and confirmed my bank account. They want you to add  a bank account so they can verify you are an actual person and not using some type of stolen credit card or whatever to open up and account with them, fine.

I did that!

Then I kept having problems saying I need to verify the credit card I was using? Are you f*cking serious, fine! I verified my credit card with PayPal. I tried to make some payments to online advertisers and still I have problems. I call up PayPal and tell them I have verified my credit card, I have attached and verified my bank account so they know I’m a “real person”. They tell me their is nothing they can do and this is done automatically when they PayPal system detects something fishy with the transactions and I should just try again within 2-3 hours.

Basically their fraud prevention, is preventing honest people from being able to pay online, stupid morons. Even if they want to, they can’t allow individuals transactions to go through, it’s all computer automated. Apparently a computer system is smarter than a human being now.

It blows me away that online fraud has gotten to the point where it’s slowing down and stopping legitimate online  e-commerce transactions from being able to happen. PayPal you need to get your head out of your ass, and find  a better solution. Some of the online advertisers I deal with allow wire transfers and that is the next route I will be taking. I would rather NOT wire $ 5,000 or $10,000 to online advertising network so I can buy traffic to my sites. It does make me a bit nervous but having balls is all part of the game of life, my balls have gotten me pretty damn far. You can’t too far if your’e living in fear or scared. Anyways, if PayPal doesn’t want my business then F*CK YOU PAYPAL.

That is my rant for today…. PayPal sucks

If you type PayPal into Google on the first page there is a site called PayPalsucks.com and the whole site is all about how sh*tty PayPal is. PayPal tried to have the site taken down but no luck and good they didn’t. The Internet is about free speech and no one should be able to censor anyone’s  right to voice their own opinion!

Taking The House Down, Down, Down

I was in my home office working away on some of my affiliate offers and  I heard some super load bangs coming from outside, I ran outside and to my delight they are tearing down that sh*thole with all the garbage in front of it. Woo hoo! I ran back in to get my digital camera.

What guy doesn’t like to watch a big tractor take down an old dumpy house?! I’m not sure what’s soo cool about seeing  a house go down , but I like seeing how easily the arm of the tractor can knock out a wall or lift the front stairs with such ease. The power  is neat to watch.

Anyways I got my digital camera and started snapping away. I got  a bunch of cool shots but narrowed it down to the ones I posted below. I’ve always liked to watch destruction ever since I was a little kid, yeah I’m a sick bast*rd. Boo hoo! It’s nice to see that eyesore gone from my street, that’s for sure. Lots of neighbours called the city on the contractor  who is tearing the house down today, because the garbage was out of control…

Psycho Squirrels In Central Park

The last week, the weather in Vancouver has gone downhill to say the least ( can’t wait to be in Vegas baby!). It did however break up Saturday afternoon for a nice walk in Central park in Burnaby. It looks like Central Park has been overtaken by squirrels, everywhere. I took a bunch of pics of the squirrel madness and my daughter was scared and had fun at the same time, little bastards.

They were pretty aggressive, I’m not sure why but they are NOT scared of humans in that park!

live hardcore action of insane squirrels attacking!

Squirrels, squirrels everywhere!

Black squirrels everywhere!

Grey squirrels everywhere!

This squirrel looks like he got the sh*t beat out of him, stealing another squirrels acorn perhaps???

Photogenic squirrel

Mr. Mallard

the pond at Central Park, amazing Fall colors..

pefect day for a walk in the trail

Police cruiser in an accident on Boundary Road in Vancouver

Crash, bang, bong, boom! This was slammed going down the wrong side of the street, police chase perhaps?

Ok enough for now, it’s 10:00 pm on the dot, time for bedtime. Wake up call is 6 AM![ad]

East Van Ghetto Photo Walk

Last night, I went out for a solo walk around the hood to get some “exercise”, sitting on my ass for 10 hours a day isn’t doing anything good for my body… I brought the Canon sd 750 camera for some added fun to snap my version of “interesting stuff”, it might not be yours though! Sometimes I wonder why I put 1/2 the stuff on my blog that I do but I guess at that point and time it’s something I feel the need to get out there in the public forum.

[ad#ad-1]

First off on my East Van photo walk I go by our incredible sh*thole that is a mear 2 houses away from me. It fucking pisses me to see a mess like that in an area where the minimum house price is over $600,000 now. I think I’m may have to be one of those neighbours who has to  “call the city”. It’s a damn eye soar, I know he’s going to tear the place down but geez dude, this isn’t a garbage can, people live around and it’s NOT Surrey!

Looks like I live in Alabama or some sh*t! Can anyone say Red Neck?!

After I walked past this sight I went down Rupert Street towards Grandview Highway, then I needed to “unload” luckily Esso was near by. I couldn’t help but snap photos of their clean washroom project, lol.

Two entries per month though, don’t abuse and vote more than that you goofs! And it was up to my standards , it was minty fresh in their can. I enjoyed my stay there, if they had a bed I would sleep over night!

If you bitch about how dirty their washroom is you get a FREE air freshener, wow! Esso cares more about their washrooms than they do the environment, lol. I had to snap that cause it’s sounds pretty silly if you ask me. We all like  a clean can but….   FREE air fresheners?

Then I walked by this old school Chevy truck, if I’m not mistaken? It looked all beat up, perfect for my ghetto photo walk..

I think some dude lives in this, it’s cheaper than rent though right?

Ok, this is just plain, hmm, dumb, stupid, weird? I spotted this while walking past WalMart (near Grandview Highway) on the left. Lawn Ads

There are a few problems with Lawn ads, as I see it:

  • For one, what happens when someone walks away with your Lawn Ad? Your advertising is gone.
  • What happens whens it’s windy out?  No more advertising for you.
  • What happens at night? None will see your ads or very few unless they actually walk right next to it.
  • Can you promote dating sites on Lawn Ads, how about porn sites?

It’s probably cheaper than buying ads on Google so who knows, maybe I should try Lawn Ads, or maybe not!

Happy Thursday it’s 6:29 am and time to do some real work, ciao for now!
