I’ve just been doing my thing and haven’t felt the need to post anything until now. I had a problem on one of my other blog, on the blog above the actual page this code came up:

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/tmp/sess_329b17e9a889bb7033f778a72dd2c5d3, O_RDWR) failed: No space left on device (28) in /home/stuff/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-automatic-upgrade/wordpress-automatic-upgrade.php on line 119

It was frustrating since I’m really not much of a programmer, then I thought DOH I can do a search on Google for this. Sometimes I forget Google is there, don’t ask. I did some research and found a super fast fix, just delete all the crap in yout TMP folder on your blog’s server. I deleted all the temp files on my server, hit refresh on the blog and boom all back to normal.

update: I was having problems uploading images, this code would pop up: Invalid upload. Error Code : 6, on my WordPress blog on MotionGroove.com. It seems that deleting all the files in the temp folder have fixed that problem as well as fixed a problem I had with my category menu on my blog not being visible, strange. Oh well when it doubt clean out your temp files on your server, I learned that lesson loud and clear now.

Back to your regularly scheduled YouTube video…

I was having problems upgrading to WordPress 2.7.1 with the Automatic Upgrade plugin, so I did a bit of research and automatic upgrades are now built in to WordPress. How did I fix it? I deactivated the Automatic Upgrade plug-in and now upgrading automatically works fine with no plug-in necessary. So deactivate your Automatic Upgrade plugin, by going to plugins section and Wordpress will automatically upgrade
to WordPress 2.7.1 for you, no plugin needed.

I’m not sure if anyone noticed or if even anyone even cares but I did add 2 new plugins to my blog. In a previous post I bitched how Twitter was a waste of time and I would never use it. I still think it’s a waste of time , but I wanted to add the feature to my blog even though yeah it is a waste of my time LOL. The second plug-in I added was the flickr plugin that adds my Flickr thumbnail images to my side bar, kinda cool.

Here are the Plugins if anyone wants them:

Flickr Rss – This plugin populates your side bar with images from your Flickr album.

Twitter Tool – Show your most recent Tweets on your side bar, you can also post tweets directly from your blog. Time waster but cool.

* Just taking a break from doing my daily pay per click expenditures, have to make sure I’m in profit. That’s something the U.S. goverment needs to do, check their spending…….. Then again what do they care if they run out of money they will just print more of it, literally!

Switching hosting is a pain in the ass, but if you need to switch your blog to a new host it’s a bigger pain. I’m not the most patient person in the world by any means, that’s one of the reasons I work so hard. I hate waiting, I like results yesterday. That can be a good and a bad trait to have. On one hand I work my ass to get what I want, but on the other hand well I have no patience for regular stuff like city traffic, waiting in lineups at the grocery store and so on.

The problem now is this, I need to switch my web hosting and move my WordPress blog to the new hosting provider. I tried it about 2 months with no luck, I screwed up moving the blog database. And not only am I impatient but I am also kinda cheap. I don’t see the point in paying for 2 web hosts at the same time (something I am doing right now).

Here is the point to this post, does anyone who reads this blog know how to move a blog to another hosting provider? I am willing to pay for it.

I have read the tutorials but I would rather get someone who knows how to do. I don’t have the patience or time to screw around with it. Any takers out there? Email me I would like to get this out of my head and done ASAP. If I don’t find anyone I will just post an ad on Craigslist.com

I was getting this error :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_constrain_dimensions() in

Here is how I fixed the problem. You need to replace all the root files in WordPress folder (except config.php). ** Not only wp-admin and wp-includes folders.

There is a topic on this problem on this page

If you haven’t read them, here are the directions to upgrade to WordPress 2.5

I am not much of a PHP guy so I can’t really help much, lol. If I have a problem all I do is hit the search engines to find a fix for it. PHP basically looks like Chinese to me, I can adjust some small parts of the code but I cannot write it from scratcth. I hope this helps.
