How can it snow in April, geez. I know I live in Canada, but Vancouver is supposed to be the warmest place in Canada. Have 2 inches of snow on the ground on April 19th is retarded to say the least. And since it’s soo damn cold out everyone in my family has a cold to deal with… Maybe it’s time to consider buying real estate in Arizona, cheaper prices and much better climate. Why is Vancouver real estate so expensive again?
Vancouver is a nice city, but come on, it’s not the greatest. And do you realize you can buy a house in Phoenix, Arizona for almost 60% less? At least it’s getting sunny now, thank God.
